Your CRM and your website, built for you.

Two ways to buy the same thing. Pay once and own what we build today, or subscribe and keep everything we build from here.

What this usually replaces

A spreadsheet
Enquiries live in a sheet one person maintains. It works until two people edit it at once, or until that person is away and a buyer is waiting.
A CRM built for selling software
Stages called Qualified and Closed Won. Fields for contract value and renewal date. Nothing for a viewing, a floor, a handover date, or two buyers on the same unit.
A website a relative built in 2019
Nobody left knows how to edit it. Listings are updated by hand or not at all, and the contact form sends to an address that stopped working years ago.

What you get

A CRM that knows what a viewing is
Enquiries, viewings, follow-ups and where each deal has got to, in the words the job actually uses.
A website that shows your listings
Your stock, your area, your people. The listings come from the CRM, so the site is right whenever the CRM is right.
One place to answer from
Enquiries from the site land in the CRM. Nothing arrives in somebody’s personal inbox and stops there.
Your existing records already in it
We bring across what can be exported from whatever you use now, so the first time you open it there is something in it.
What is included, agreed before we start
The scoping call defines the work and we write it down. Anything outside it is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly or dropped quietly.

Two ways to buy it

The same capability. The difference is what you are left holding.

today’s build

Buy it once

$5,000one-time, from

Fully custom. We build the CRM and the website to what the scoping call defines, deploy it on your server, and hand over the code.

  • Deployed on your server, not ours
  • The code is handed over
  • Yours to change, or to give to somebody else to change
  • Maintenance afterwards is optional, $50–100 a month

You own the version we build. There is no future development in this price — what we ship at launch is what you have.

$350–500a month

The same capability on our standard platform. It is built on the Housing Market CRM and the marketing tools we run our own business on.

  • Built on the CRM and marketing tools we use ourselves
  • A set of real estate website templates
  • Hosted with us, infrastructure included
  • Whatever we ship to ourselves, you get too

The boundary stays open on this side. What we build after you sign is yours as well, at no extra cost.

Most people are better off subscribing. Buying once is the right call if you need to own what you run on, or if your records are not allowed to sit on somebody else’s servers.

The subscription includes a set of real estate website templates. The screenshots are not up yet; this is what the set covers.

  • Screenshot to come

    Single agent

One person, their listings, and a way to be contacted.

  • Screenshot to come

    Agent with area guides

An agent who works a few neighbourhoods and writes about them.

  • Screenshot to come

    Brokerage

A team roster, per-agent pages, and listings split between them.

  • Screenshot to come

    Brokerage with several offices

Offices in more than one city, each with its own team and stock.

  • Screenshot to come

    New development launch

One project, its units, its floorplans, and a register of interest.

  • Screenshot to come

    Developer portfolio

Several projects at once, at different stages of completion.

  • Screenshot to come

    Rentals and lettings

Availability that changes weekly, and tenants applying online.

  • Screenshot to come

    Commercial

Floor areas, lease terms and tenancy details rather than bedrooms.

  • Screenshot to come

    Land and plots

Parcels sold by area and boundary, with plans rather than photos.

  • Screenshot to come

    Holiday and second homes

Buyers from outside the country, reading in more than one language.

How it works

  1. 01

    Scoping call

We go through what you have, what you need, and what you already pay for. What is included gets written down and agreed before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Build

We build it and show you it working. You tell us what is wrong while it is still cheap to change.

  3. 03

    Launch

It goes live. On a one-time build we deploy it on your server and hand over the code. On a subscription it stays with us and we run it.

Questions

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take it with you. On a one-time build it is already on your server and we were never holding it. On a subscription we export your records and your files and hand them over. We do not hold on to your records to make leaving difficult.

Can I migrate from the CRM I use now?

Usually. We look at what you are on during the scoping call. If it can be exported, we bring across contacts, enquiries, listings and the history attached to them. If it cannot be exported, we will tell you that on the call rather than after you have paid.

Who owns the code?

On a one-time build, you do. It is handed over and you may change it, or have anyone else change it, without asking us. On a subscription the platform stays ours — that is what makes it possible to keep improving it for everybody at once. Your data is yours either way.

What does maintenance actually cover?

On a one-time build it is optional and runs $50–100 a month. It covers keeping the thing running: updates, security patches, and fixing what we built when it breaks. It is not new development — new features are scoped and quoted like any other work.

How long does a build take?

That comes out of the scoping call, because it depends entirely on what is in scope. We would rather give you a date we can meet once we know what we are building than a number now that means nothing.

Can I subscribe now and buy it outright later?

Yes, as a custom build priced at the time. Be clear about what that is: it is a new engagement, not an upgrade. What you have paid in subscription does not come off the price, and what you would own is the version built for you then, not the platform.

I already advertise on the portals. Does this replace that?

No. Housing Market Ads puts your listings in front of people on the portals. This is the CRM and the website you run your own side of the business on. They sit next to each other.
